Mitsui Seiki invented the world's first water-lubricated oil-free screw compressor in 1982. The i-14000 series fuses the patented single-screw (Z-screw) air-end with a water lubrication and sealing system — no oil, no oil filters, no waste oil. Water cools the compression chamber so effectively that discharge air leaves at only ~40°C (vs ~300°C for dry twin-screw), enabling efficient operation at lower rotor speeds — quieter, more durable, and significantly more energy-efficient.
Designed, machined and assembled at the Mitsui Seiki Kogyo home plant in Saitama, Japan — 100% Japanese workmanship from precision air-end to final QA.

Single-screw rotor meshing with two gate rotors. Water seals every clearance for excellent volumetric efficiency at low rotor speeds — no oil contact with the compressed air.
IPM Permanent Magnet Motor
Totally-enclosed IPM motor (air-cooled 15–75 kW, water-cooled 55–220 kW). Higher efficiency than standard induction motors across the inverter range.
Air-Cooled Fan Inverter
Cooling-fan speed varies with thermal load — extra energy savings versus constant-speed cooling, with quieter operation.
Power-Saving AUCS Control
Automatic Unloading Capacity Selection regulates aspiration in response to plant load and ambient temperature — squeezes the last drop of efficiency from the inverter.

Color LCD touch panel with scheduled operation, weekly timer, alternate-operation, and diagnostic logs at a glance.
Red-CX & Z-mate Compatible
Eco-Drive group controller (Red-CX) manages up to 8 compressors as one system; Z-mate enables remote monitoring of up to 10 units over Ethernet/LAN.
