The PDGWFD pairs Ganey's patented single-screw air-end — a main rotor with two vertical gate rotors that compress air 12 times per revolution — with Genexis' InfinitePure water-lubrication and control package. Water (not oil) seals and cools the chamber for near-isothermal compression, while the entirely stainless-steel air-end delivers corrosion-free, oil-free air for the most demanding processes.

Both axial and radial forces on the main rotor are balanced. The gate rotor floats on a water film — smooth low-load running, low noise, and exceptionally long bearing life.
Water spraying keeps compression close to ambient temperature, raising volumetric efficiency and lowering specific power — the reason this machine matches oil-injected efficiency.
