Jim Services is one of Malaysia's largest air receiver tank manufacturers. Standard vertical tanks rated 10–16 bar from 300 L to 2,000 L off the shelf — and any size or higher pressure can be custom made on request. Every tank is JKKP (DOSH) certified, proudly manufactured in Malaysia, and ships complete with a calibrated pressure gauge and safety valve.

Locally built, JKKP-certified — delivered in 3–4 weeks.
Our SP Series vertical air receivers are designed and built in Malaysia to JKKP (DOSH) pressure-vessel standards. Carbon-steel shell, dished ends, integral support legs, 2" or 3" inlet/outlet connection, handhole or manhole inspection opening, and shop-primer finish ready for site paint. Standard kit includes a calibrated pressure gauge and brass safety valve. Any volume between 300 L and 5,000 L+, and any pressure rating above 16 bar, can be custom fabricated — talk to us about non-standard diameters, height restrictions, extra nozzles, internal galvanising or stainless construction.
Standard delivery 3–4 weeks from order. Custom builds typically 4–6 weeks. Pressure vessel hydrostatic test certificate and PMT plate included.

Calibrated Gauge & Safety Valve
Each tank ships complete with a calibrated pressure gauge and brass safety relief valve sized to the tank volume. Optional auto drain, ball valve, level glass, ladder and platform can be added.

Carbon-Steel Pressure Vessel
Rolled carbon-steel shell with dished ends, full-penetration welds and integral support legs. Designed and built to JKKP pressure-vessel code at 10–16 barg working pressure (higher on request).
Brass Safety Valve
Calibrated brass safety relief valve sized to the tank volume (1/2" for 300–750 L, 3/4" for 1,000 L and above). Set and certified to protect the tank from over-pressure.
Calibrated Pressure Gauge
Calibrated glycerine-filled or dry pressure gauge mounted at eye level — operator can see system pressure at a glance. Certification traceable.
Inspection Opening
2" socket × 2 nos. for tanks up to 1,000 L, handhole (165 × 119 mm) for 1,500–2,000 L, and 12" × 16" manhole for the larger Ø1,090 mm 2,000 L variant — allows internal inspection and cleaning.
Inlet / Outlet Connection
2" socket or 3" flange depending on tank size. Larger custom tanks can be supplied with 4" or 6" flanges to match plant-room piping.
Shop Primer Finish
Internal and external surfaces protected with one coat of shop primer — ready for site painting in your factory colour. Optional internal galvanising or stainless-steel construction available.
