Factory air demand fluctuates minute by minute. A fixed-speed compressor runs flat-out and dumps excess air — burning electricity for nothing. The EGM VSD reads real-time demand and adjusts motor speed instantly, holding pressure within ±0.01 MPa while cutting the electricity bill.
Worked example: a 75 kW fixed-speed unit running 8,000 h/year at RM 0.50/kWh costs ≈ RM 300,000. The EGM-100A (75 kW) saves ≈ RM 105,000 every year. Typical ROI: about 1 year.
