Heavy-Duty Cast-Iron Pump
Cast-iron cylinder block and crankcase for superior heat dissipation, vibration damping and a long working life.
Belt-Drive Transmission
V-belt drive runs the pump at lower RPM than the motor — cooler running, longer valve life and quieter operation than direct-drive.
Pressure Gauge & Regulator
Front-mounted twin gauges (tank + line) with pressure regulator and safety relief valve for safe daily operation.
Horizontal Air Receiver
Welded steel tank from 88 L to 500 L with drain valve, wheels and handle for mobility on workshop floors.
TEFC Induction Motor
Totally-enclosed fan-cooled motor — single-phase 230 V or three-phase 415 V, 50 Hz, IP54 protection.
Pressure-Switch Control
Auto start/stop pressure switch with unloader valve — keeps tank between 8 – 10 kg/cm² without manual intervention.
