EPSEA Precision Line Filters — multi-stage filtration from 3 µm down to 0.01 µm with residual oil as low as 0.003 mg/m³. Original German HV epoxy-bonded borosilicate glass-fibre media, silicone-free, with die-cast aluminium or welded carbon-steel pressure-vessel housings.

EPSEA precision line filters use original German HV epoxy-bonded borosilicate glass-fibre media (silicone-free, oleophobic, large dust capacity) inside pressure-vessel-certified housings. Choose C / T (pre-filter), A / AA (high-efficiency coalescing), TR / AR (ultra-high-efficiency oil removal) or H (activated-carbon oil-vapour removal) — combine grades to reach any ISO 8573-1 Class 1 air quality target. Die-cast aluminium housings cover 1.5 – 33 m³/min at 1.6 MPa; welded carbon-steel housings (and stainless-steel EPSS series) extend the range to 250 m³/min.
Available from EP-001G (1.5 m³/min) through EP-250F (250 m³/min) — plus EPSS stainless-steel and EJS / EPSMART variants for special applications.

Seven filtration grades — C (3 µm), T (1 µm), A (0.1 µm), AA (0.01 µm), TR / AR (ultra-high-efficiency oil removal) and H (activated carbon). Stack grades to hit any ISO 8573-1 class for water, solids and total oil content.
Epoxy-bonded borosilicate glass fibre, silicone-free, with oleophobic surface treatment. Average pore size < 12 µm, low binder content for large dust capacity, low pressure drop and long service life (annual replacement under rated conditions).
Die-cast aluminium (1.6 MPa) for compact threaded models EP-001G to EP-033G, welded carbon-steel (1.0 MPa) for large flange models, and EPSS stainless-steel for clean / corrosion-sensitive duty. Every housing is pressure-vessel manufacturing certified.
Optional differential-pressure gauge shows element loading at a glance. Liquid-level sight glass, auto drain and easy-disassembly element interface keep maintenance time and operating cost low.
Multi-layer epoxy-bonded borosilicate glass fibres with internationally leading processing precision. Silicone-free media protects downstream paint, electronics and pharmaceutical processes.
Extremely fine activated-carbon stabilisation layer plus multi-layer fibre media bonded with micro-fine carbon powder — removes residual oil vapour and odour. Designed life up to 1,000 hours under rated conditions.
Compact threaded housings (Rc1/2 to Rc3) rated to 1.6 MPa working pressure for filter sizes EP-001G to EP-033G. Ideal for workshop, instrument-air and small-factory installations.
Flange-connection welded housings (DN80 to DN250) for large central plant rooms. Pressure-vessel certified, painted EPSEA blue, fitted with multiple element baskets for 33 – 250 m³/min flows.
High-grade stainless-steel shell prevents secondary contamination of the compressed air — preferred for food, beverage, pharma and semiconductor applications. Bright, corrosion-resistant finish.
Optional DP gauge plus high-reliability automatic drain valve continuously remove condensed oil and water — operator only services the element when the indicator enters the red zone.
Flow rates at rated working pressure 7 barg (100 psig). Available filtration grades: C (3 µm), T (1 µm), A (0.1 µm), AA (0.01 µm / 0.003 mg/m³), TR / AR (ultra-high-efficiency oil removal) and H (activated carbon — separate welded housing, 1.0 MPa). Specify grade as a suffix — e.g. EP-010G-IV-A. EP-001G to EP-033G are die-cast aluminium (1.6 MPa); EP-033F and larger are welded carbon steel.
